Incredible View

The house had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! The outdoor games were a hit when we had a cooler day. All ages of our group loved the boat ride and the kayaks. Beds and linens were all comfy and very nice! Highly recommend!!

Perfect stay at the lake!

My family has a great 4th of July vaca! The house had everything you could need and there was also a Citgo less than 10 minutes away that was really more of a little grocery mart with a surprisingly decent selection. We really enjoyed watching all the fireworks from the lake! It was a great show! The kids enjoyed the park across the lake with slides in the water. Fishing off the dock and just sitting at the sandy shore was nice along with the couch and sitting area up on the landing. We were lucky enough to avoid the rain and got to eat outside on the deck as well. They have cornhole, axe throwing, and 2 kayaks too. We had s’mores by the fire. It was a quintessential time at the lake. Julie and Ken have really thought of everything! I would definitely recommend their place.

Home Sweet Home

I grew up coming to Rose Lake every summer. We came back this year for a family reunion and, for the first time, rented a place on the lake. From the moment we stepped into this cottage, we felt right at home. It has beautiful, picturesque views of the lake with Great Blue Heron's and Loon's flying/swimming across the view all day. The cottage itself is immaculately maintained, but also very cozy. Despite having other cottages close by, this VRBO feels very private and was especially quiet during the week. During our stay, we had some much fun making use of the pontoon rental. We especially enjoyed having meals on the deck and enjoying the view from the living room & kitchen. The beds were 10/10, some of the most comfortable I've every slept in. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions or messages we sent along the way. We would highly recommend this cottage and these hosts if you ever have a chance to stay at Rose Lake!

Wonderful Property

This is one of the best rentals we have had. The property is clean, the kitchen & bathrooms were very well stocked, the King size bed is amazing - it was like sleeping on a cloud. We loved the 'axe throw' game in the garage so much we ordered one for at home. We had a fantastic time. It's about 23 steps from the lower patio to the lake. Speaking of patios, these, too, were clean & well-furnished. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful!

We had such a great time in this beautiful lake home! Plenty of room, nice and clean, amenities galore and the view is just gorgeous! We had fun renting the pontoon as well! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing vacation!

We stayed at this lovely property to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday, and it exceeded all expectations! The pontoon was a fantastic way to explore the beautiful Rose Lake, and every detail of the house, from the sunscreen and bug spray to the firewood and fire starter, was impeccable. Everything was thought out so well! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the views from the property were simply breathtaking. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, lounging on the swim mat, and making s'mores by the campfire! Communication with the hosts was excellent; they were super responsive and ensured our stay was flawless! We had extended family over one of the days, and there was plenty of festive dinnerware and room both inside and out to accommodate everyone comfortably. The oversized garage was a great hangout spot, perfect for relaxing on one of the rainy afternoons. It was big enough to play some of the many games available. We are already planning to make this an annual family getaway! You will not be disappointed!!! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful place with us!
