Cocoonr is offering this charming little fisherman’s cottage for rent in Nanscol (part of the commune of Le Palais), a 15-minute walk from the beach. It has a floor area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room. You can enjoy a garden of around 50 m²! Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included; bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 25 m² living area with a charming stone wall, sofa, TV and dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A shower room with a walk-in shower and a tilt-and-turn window
- A separate toilet with a tilt-and-turn window

Upstairs:
- A study area with a printer, pencils, board games, playing cards, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×200) and a single bed (90×190) with a travel cot, wardrobe, TV, chest of drawers, bedside table and radio alarm clock.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190) with a bedside table, radio alarm clock, wardrobe and shelves

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: a washing machine, a cot, a plancha, an ironing board and an iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful, enclosed and private 50 m² south-facing garden, with two flower beds and rose bushes
- A 10 m² wooden terrace with a table and chairs, two sun loungers and a plancha to make the most of sunny days

The house is situated in Nanscol, in a peaceful and very pleasant setting. There is a supermarket just a 15-minute walk away. Le Palais is a 30-minute walk away, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, bars and a market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.
