Moulin à Rêves—the Mill of Dreams—is an enchanting private estate where your dream escape to the French Countryside comes to life.

Just one hour from Paris, this beautifully restored 19th-century mill blends modern luxury with the serenity and charm of the French countryside.

Whether you’re planning a family reunion, a yoga or wellness retreat, a writing or painting workshop, or a special getaway with friends or colleagues, Moulin à Rêves offers a rare combination of space, privacy, and inspiration.

The compound is large and offers 3 complete homes plus a large entertaining grange, gym, screening room and spa.

All together, the compound offers 10 bedrooms and 7 baths and lodging for 20 guests.

The price varies on if you rent one house (max 10 guests, 2500 euros a weekend) two homes (max 16 guests, 5000 euros a weekend or three homes and 20 guests which is 10,000 euros a weekend.)

Cleaning is an additional 250 per house and tax.

Events for up to a maximum of 50 guests are welcome for an additional $5000 fee.

We can recommend several local caterers, massage therapists, and yoga teachers, so that you can relax and be pampered on vacation.

The estate is a fully private walled domaine composed of three historic stone homes, encircling lush gardens and the flowing Juine River—which runs right through the main mill building.

The heartbeat of the Domaine is our monumental 19th-century Grange. With soaring, exposed-timber beams that evoke the scale of a rustic cathedral, this is a rare architectural sanctuary for connection. At the center of the hall, a massive stone fireplace anchors the space, alongside a grand banquet table where guests can dine.

This versatile hall transforms throughout the day, serving as an inspiring Yoga Shala by morning, a sun-lit painter's studio by afternoon, and a magnificent candlelit dining hall by night.

Fully sheltered from the elements, it ensures your retreats and celebrations remain seamless, rain or shine.

Originally owned by Vaudeville legend Borrah Minevitch, the property became a gathering place for creatives connected to Paris’s vibrant cultural scene.
