"We have had a fabulous few days here. I’m not sure we could have picked a better location (for the skiing and the town) We had the first few days without our luggage (it was lost en route to Geneva) and whilst it was not the fault of the hotel, this was such a difficult time for us, I feel like they maybe could have been more helpful given our circumstances so have rated the service a lower score. Information from owner was easy enough to follow & the key manager provided the details for accessing the key (despite my rusty French!)Advise bringing some Dolce Gusto pods for the coffee machine (although the nearby Spar does stock them, and is the best supermarket in Les Carroz and only 2 mins walk away) Similarly a dishwasher is present, so again bring tablets if you want.Bathroom o.k and enough hot water, as mentioned before upper...
