Martinique, Le Diamant.300 m from the beach, Villa with private pool Tropical garden

Our villa is located 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach, 5 minutes walk from a supermarket nearby, 5 minutes drive from the local daily market, the village and the bay of Diamant.

It is in the heart of a small residence composed only of villas, trees and extremely quiet (well away from the road).

The house nestles in the middle of a lush garden, in a fully enclosed space.

In front of its private pool, it is spread over 56 m2 and is surrounded by a wooden terrace of 40 m2 surmounted by a carbet.
The villa consists of a main house and a wooden bungalow (master suite). These 2 structures communicate through the terrace (no communicating door between the 2).
For this reason, we do not recommend our accommodation to families with children under 10 years old.

The house has an air-conditioned double room (bed 140), a living room with 2 pull-out beds, a Wifi Box + TV and a shower room and toilet.
The large master suite is equipped with a bed of 160, a shower and separate toilet. Possibility to add an extra bed.

The outdoor kitchen is in the extension of the terrace and overlooks the garden and pool.

4 sunbeds, 1 hammock, 1 swing chair, board games and books for all are at your disposal for your relaxation!

Private parking secured by an electric gate.

We thought of the layout of our villa to make it an intimate place to make the most of the outdoors and the local vegetation.

Its location is ideal for cruising the south of the island.
