Chalet Joue du loup - 6/7 pers

Welcome to "La Joue du Loup" 🐺! We are the happy new owners of this charming chalet, which we offer for your use so you can spend wonderful snowy moments in the "Flocons du Soleil" residence, a Famille Plus certified property, close to the heart of the resort (300m from the slopes) and just steps from the shops. Our chalet is located in a ski resort in the Hautes-Alpes, between 1460 and 2500m, with 100km of slopes and also a cross-country skiing area. The accommodation: ON THE GARDEN GROUND FLOOR: The chalet offers a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, induction hob, large refrigerator and Freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, raclette grill, fondue set...). You can spend cozy evenings in a comfortable living room with a comfortable corner sofa, a TV, board games... Sofa bed for 2 people. The chalet is equipped with Wi-Fi. The main room has an area of ​​20 m². A bathroom with bathtub (hairdryer available) and a separate toilet complete the first floor. UPSTAIRS :

Sleeping arrangements (new bedding in 2024 for double beds).
Bedroom 1: It contains a 160cm double bed and an 80cm single bed (15m2). This room has a balcony with a magnificent mountain view.
Bedroom 2: You will find a room equipped with a 140cm bed (10m2).
Possibility of adding an 80cm single bed to either room and/or a travel cot for a baby.


OUTSIDE:
Access from the main room to a pleasant terrace equipped with a table and benches. You can enjoy a hot drink while admiring the magnificent mountain views. A spacious ski room (2 m²) adjoining the chalet allows you to store all your equipment. The chalet also has a parking space, located in front of the entrance, which you can use to park a vehicle. Other remarks: You can enjoy the residence's swimming pool and sauna as much as you like, located immediately next to the chalet. The swimming pool is now open all year round, except for the period between the end of the All Saints' Day holidays and the opening of the resort for the winter season in mid-December. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. For everyone's comfort, smoking is not permitted inside. If you don't want to bring your own sheets and towels, you can rent them from our concierge service. The same applies to cleaning. These fees are in addition to the rental price. La Joue du Loup is a third-generation resort. With less massive buildings and a shopping area that gives the ski resort a village feel. You'll find more chalets and semi-detached chalets. The resort's best features: the medical center, the pharmacy, and the O'Dycéa spa and wellness center.
