Located on the 6th floor with elevator in the Résidence du Bois d'Aurouze, it is located at the foot of the slopes and benefits from exceptional light and a magnificent view of the mountains.

Its layout is perfect for accommodating 5 people (Our animal friends are not accepted):
- The entrance offers a hallway with bench and coat rack allowing you to put on your shoes easily.
- The functional kitchen area is equipped with a 2-burner hob induction, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a multipurpose oven (microwave and traditional cooking).
- The bathroom has a 110 x 70 cm shower, a vanity unit and a toilet.
- The alcove is composed of a bunk bed for 3 people (140 x 190 and 90 x 190).
- The living room has plenty of storage space, a dining area with table, bench seat and chairs, and a lounge area with corner sofa that can be opened quickly for daily sleeping (140 x 190).
- A pretty balcony with a mountain view.
- A secure collective ski room will allow you to leave your skis in the space reserved for the accommodation.

You will have all the necessary equipment for an excellent stay, namely: TV, WIFI connection, board games. Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine, crepe maker, blender, pressure cooker, hairdryer.

Household linen (sheets, towels and dish towels) is not provided.
The beds are all equipped with quality bedding with duvets of 220 x 240 for the 2 double beds and 140 x 200 for the single bed.

Ideally located, the residence has a large free parking lot in the immediate vicinity and on the snow level of its own shops, where you will find mini-markets, caterers, souvenir shops, hairdresser, restaurants, bars, bowling, cinema and discotheque.PGJyPg
