This studio is for seasonal rental all year round.
Here, everything can be done on foot! the studio is very close to the sea, the port, the historic center and tourist and commercial activities.

Small, the studio is no less spacious and comfortable: A large 160 * 200 foldaway and motorized bed for comfort and free up space during the day, a fully equipped kitchen area, comfortable furniture, a large TV, a comfortable bathroom, storage, Internet, ... and even garden furniture on the loggia / balcony.
A room in the basement accessible by elevator accommodates your beach business suitcases; a collective bicycle garage.
We quickly forget that it is only 21m2!

The accommodation is on the ground floor and quiet for a relaxing holiday.
We have tried to offer you a pleasant and very well-equipped accommodation for two people: young couple, active or retired, and have made sure that the rent is accessible, without compromising on comfort or aspects of daily life.

DESCRIPTION
- The apartment has a modern decor, all the furniture is new and of quality.
- The studio has an entrance giving access to the bathroom and the main room. Coat hooks are available for clothing.
- The modern bathroom has a vanity unit and a mirror-shelf unit for toiletries. The shower has a modern thermostatic column and a glass door.
- A dressing room with cabinets, drawers and shelves, including the maintenance cabinet (vacuum cleaner, etc.), completes the entire bathroom.
- The integrated kitchen is fully equipped with induction hobs, extractor hood, combi oven (oven and microwave), dishwasher, fridge with frozen food compartment, 3-burner induction hob, sink, numerous storage drawers, etc. You will have everything what you need for a pleasant stay: toaster, Senséo coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary crockery: pots, accessories, cutlery,… nothing is missing for a carefree holiday.
- The living area has a beautiful dining table, two very comfortable rattan armchairs with high seat, a folding wall table that can be used as a laptop workstation, wall cabinets, ...

The studio has a foldaway motorized bed!
- In “living room” mode, the two armchairs allow a pleasant rest comfortably installed for resting, having an aperitif, watching television, or even working on a computer.
You get a 39 ″ 4K smart-tv (under Android-TV) attached to a swiveling wall mount with good data rate .
- In “meal” mode, you will be comfortably seated in front of the bay window or the television. You can also take your meals on the loggia / balcony, which has a second table and 2 Teak garden chairs. From the loggia / balcony, you have an unobstructed view of Mount Lénigo, and a (very) small sea view from the railing.
- In “night” mode, you just have to push the armchairs and tables to clear the space of the bed, which will be easily set up with its remote control. The “made” bed is then available with its sheets and blankets; all you have to do is go to bed!

- Le Croisic
Le Croisic is located in the stronghold of the former Duchy of Brittany, currently in the department of Loire Atlantique. It is a peninsula in BRETAGE DU SUD. It sinks into the Atlantic Ocean in the west, and protects from the sea the famous Salt Marshes of Guérande (nicknamed "The White Country").
In the North: The Gulf of Morbihan and the estuary of the river "La Vilaine", in the East: The great Marshes of la Brière (nicknamed "The Black Country"). Further south-east: La Baule and the Loire Estuary. In the North West: Quiberon and the islands of "Belle Île", Houât, Hoedic, ...)
The Triangle formed by "Croisic-La baule-Guérande" is the most important tourist area in southern Brittany.

- Sunshine
The town enjoys exceptional sunshine all year round. Its position in the South of Brittany protects it from the direct passage of depressions which pass higher over Normandy, and the combined effects of sea breezes during high tides and the presence of salt marshes make it rare not to see the sun in a day!
The annual sunshine is more than 1900h / year.

- Access
Car: Access from all of Europe by motorways or expressways to Guérande. After Guérance, you just have to cross the famous salt marshes to reach Le Croisic!
Train: The station was inaugurated in 1879! Today, it has become a "TGV station", and is accessible from whole Europe with direct lines from Paris, Lille and Lyon!
BUS SERVICE FROM THE STATION: go to the stop: LENIGO
Plane: Nantes international airport is 80 km away, then airport shuttle to the train station and regional train every hour.
Boat: The marina welcomes passing boaters.

- Make discoveries
You will be seduced by the historic center of Le Croisic, and by the fishing and pleasure ports.
Facing the Croisic, you will discover the tip of Pen-Bron on the other side of the inlet channel of the waters which feed the GUERANDE salt marshes.
Then you can embark for Belle-Île, The islands of Houât and Hoedic, Quiberon… the speedboat awaits you near you!
All these sites are the favorite places for tourists and seasonal entertainment. they are accessible on foot in a few minutes, your accommodation being however well placed not to undergo the noise and urban disturbances of summer life and to benefit from the restful calm.
