Former farmhouse of the Abbey of St L'homer (Blois) sold at the end of the seventeenth century for the repair of the roofs of the Abbey Church (now St Nicolas), the Ferme de la Salière offers on the edge of the woods of St L'homer a particularly privileged place to retire in the heart of the wine-growing Sologne. Less than 30' from the castles of Blois, Chenonceau, Chaumont, Cheverny, Chambord and the Beauval Zoo, on a property of 10,000m², equipped with a laundry room, a large swimming pool (15mx7m, unheated, open from 28/04/23 to 15/10/23) and a large summer dining room shaded in a particularly privileged countryside landscape, it will comfortably accommodate 8 people in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (beds 160X200) each including a bathroom with shower and toilet. 2 of the four rooms mentioned above can offer two single beds.
