Cozy T2 apartment of 36m2 located near the center of Le Bourget-du-Lac, it benefits from direct access to Lake Bourget less than 100m on foot.
Close to all amenities, shops, markets and attractions of the city and the lake (15 minutes walk).
It is an ideal place to stay to discover the Lac du Bourget and the many interests around.

The apartment benefits from an independent entrance and a terrace of more than 30m2.

Ideal apartment for two people with high quality bedding.
It can accommodate up to 4 people but the sofa bed is located in the living room and will have to be folded up to be able to enjoy the space.

In terms of layout, you will find:

- a dining area with a table and four chairs

Two parking spaces are available and less than 10m from the entrance of the apartment as well as a bicycle garage.

There are many restaurants, cafes and beaches nearby.

Arrivals are from 4pm and departures until 11am. However, we remain flexible on these times, it will simply depend on the previous and subsequent rentals.

Although an autonomous arrival is possible, we will remain available throughout your stay to indicate the activities, restaurants, etc. nearby so that your experience is as successful as possible.
