Double bedroom with access to the balcony, small bedroom with bunk beds and modern bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer and toaster.

The beautiful communal roof terrace with a direct view of Lake Garda is unfurnished - but if you wish, you can take a chair or deckchair from the flat to read a book in the sun or just relax at sunset.
The residence has a free, unnumbered parking space in front of the house.

This house is ideal for a relaxing holiday, even without a car, because the house is not even 200 m from the lake and the beach.
The heart of the historic centre and the old port of Lazise can be easily reached on foot in 600m. Pets are not allowed.

CHECK-IN - between 15.00 and 19.00.
EARLY CHECK-IN - on request and based on availability with a supplement of € 50 for arrivals between 9.00 and 12.00, € 30 between 12.00 and 15.00
LATE CHECK-IN - arrivals after 19.00 incur a charge of € 30 and after 22.00 of 50 € for the night service.
CITY TAX - per person, per night (from 14 years) not included in the price to be paid in cash on arrival and different for each municipality.
LINEN - both bed linen and towels are not included in the booking rate. They can be booked in advance at an extra cost of 12,50 € per person. The same fee will be charged for any additional change. There is no bed-making, only the supply of bed linen. You are welcome to bring your own linen and save money!
Possibility of separate beds upon request at the additional cost for the set of bed linen equal to + € 10.00.
FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS – almost all of our apartments are pet friendly but be sure to inform us when booking. The additional fee is €20 per pet for the entire stay
