Located on the ground floor, the sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms, two of which have wardrobes and TVs (no Sat), while the master suite, overlooking the covered terrace and garden, has a TV (no Sat), a walk-in wardrobe and a private en-suite bathroom with a large flush-to-floor shower and double sink. A second bathroom with a shower cubicle completes the ground floor. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets to ensure maximum comfort.

On the first floor of Villa Julia, the living area features a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality Miele appliances such as an induction hob with a Bora extractor hood, oven, steam oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, wine cellar, coffee machine and toaster. The living room with panoramic views of the pool area and the southern shore of Lake Garda is furnished with a large sofa and a smart TV. The dining area with a natural wood table can accommodate up to 8 people. Through the sliding door with large windows, you access the terrace with an electric awning, furnished with a relaxation area and a table for pleasant outdoor breakfasts. A third fully-windowed bathroom with a convenient washer-dryer for guest use is located on the first floor.

The garden of Villa Julia, which extends on two sides, offers direct access to the shared pool (guaranteed opening period 01/05-30/09), with a practical sunbathing area. In the garden and on the spacious covered veranda there are two sun loungers and a comfortable lounge area to relax in the hottest hours.

Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available. The property is completed by 3 reserved parking spaces, one of which is covered, within the property.
