The property is beautiful! Rooms nice and comfortable! The breakfast buffet delicious! Only problem we had was the communication with concierge to book ahead of time tours and where not advised how much extra money was to enter national parks, poor communication on that part! The rest amazing

Room basic, safe not working, no master key, no hairdrier, no medical kit. Website states no plastic straws but in use even after telling them, band by Dominica gov. Limited menu and then could not provide choice, did not have ginger ale. Waited an hour for hot breakfast cereal. Only filtered coffee ...
