This rental is highly recommended for families, visiting graduates or soldiers at Fort Sill! It is approximately 8minutes from the graduation ceremony, there is a Walmart & dollar general down the road to stock up on groceries and necessities.
The property is a duplex so there is a neighbor just an FYI. However the apartment was private, quiet, and the small back yard area has a high fence for privacy.
The apartment isn’t new but it is clean and has everything you need in regards to the full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and both bedrooms were spacious. There is a large living room area and small dining room for everyone to hang out. The living room has a big tv and the apartment has WiFi and good AC.
The reality company communicates well and check in/check out was seamless & didn’t require any extra time/stops.
Compared to a hotel I was much happier as my family had room to relax, we were able to make homecooked food for our soldier, and we weren’t crammed into 1 room.
The only things that could have been improved was the backyard area grass was a tiny bit overgrown not a big deal, if you require extra pillows/blankets, you may want to grab at Walmart or dollar general - the apartment did have clean pillows/linen on the beds & extra towels. if you have mobility issues be aware that the bedrooms are upstairs & the steps are fairly small(there is a rail and the steps are sturdy—just made for people with a smaller foot!)
Close to tourist sites, fast food, and the airport!
