Debe haber seguridad ya que entro una persona hablando elocuencias y dio la vuelta pero gracias a Dios se fue rapido.Deben tener programa reciclar plastico y cartones lo demas muy bueno.

This was a good hotel. Nice outside. Lobby was nice. Room was spacious but furniture seemed cheaply made.

Awesome place to stay! The customer service is beyond astonishing! Jordan helped me get checked in and off to my room at 3am when I got in! Thank you for hiring this man! Wish I had 10 workers with his work ethics! Jordan should be recognized for his customer service! I will be staying there again because of him!

Sink and shower were clogged, I reserved 2 rooms and she only had one. Put my friend in a cheaper room that someone else turned down because it wasn’t clean and didn’t offer to refund the difference. Place needs an overhaul.

The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. Would have liked a microwave and fridge in the room. Wanted a hot tea and didn't have a way to heat the water.

The room we booked was extremely dirty. The furniture, carpet, walls, door, and etc was dirty. The room was surface cleaned. What I mean is the sinks, toilet, bathtub, countertops, and etc was clean. It was ants in the room. The furniture was chipped all up. The sofa was worn, needs to be thrown away. The outlet in the room was burned. The room had an unpleasant odor. As well as the lobby area had an unpleasant odor. Also before you get to the lobby are where you park your car (the outside entrance) was filthy. It had stains where liquid was wasted. To me it wasn’t worth any amount of money.

There was trash in the room, i got the queen 2 bed, and one of the beds had a wet spot that felt like it was pee'd in, the bathtub ran all night long! And at check in, i had to wait over 5 minutes for the concierge. Id post a pic, but cant, there was a mountain dew bottle and candy bag wrapper in a corner. Fake it till you make it should be there slogan

Found several hairs when I turned down the bed. Bed had metal bars sticking out that I injured my leg on. The noise level from upstairs made it impossible to sleep.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was spacious & comfortable, the Staff was friendly. The only complaints we had was: #1 Our room was not ready when we checked in (3p Saturday) it was close to an hour before we finally got a room. #2 The Expedia listing said the hotel had an onsite Bar, which it didn't, that detail was a big part of the decision to spend the night there. You need to contact Expedia & correct this, it is misleading to Guests... #3 The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

never staying there again
I suffered a severe injury and had to undergo surgery. The army waived my duty because of the challenges of traveling soon after surgery, but this hotel refused to cancel the reservation. As a result, I was forced to fly two days after surgery simply because of their pigheadedness. The flight was as miserable as you could expect, and I had to drive from Oklahoma City with only one arm. When I arrived, I was exhausted and virtually overcome with pain; I couldn't take any pain meds due to needing to drive. The front desk clerk tried to stiff me with another $25 bill for an early check-in fee. I refused, and waited an hour before checking in. The place had stains on the carpet and hair on the bathroom floor. When the army says you don't need to perform duty but you're forced to anyway because of a hotel manager, that manager is not fit to lead a latrine detail. I travel to Fort Sill at least once a month, but I'll never stay at this place again.

This was the worst Hampton room i ever stayed in. The carpets had not been vacuumed and there were numerous spots on the floor some large some small it was necessary to put towels along the floor because it was so dirty and then the Linens were very dingy. The matress was old and not comfortable. I was extremely put out. I asked to speak to the general manager.

We checked in around 3:30. Left to go visit with family. Got back to the hotel about 8:00 wanting to finish watching college football and, the tv did not work. The maintenance guy came in our room 5 times in an attempt to fix it. He was unable to and, at 9:30 offered to relocate us to another room. I also woke up with bites all over my arms. I’m still waiting on a call from the manager, Holly.

I reserved 2 double Queen nonsmoking rooms with children on the reservation. Upon check in, I was given a King room with a pullout bed in the sofa and a SMOKING double queen bed. A smoking room with a child in the room? You’re kidding me right? Management claimed that I did not book 2 double Queen rooms even though my reservation clearly shows that I did. I used to stay in Hampton’s for my work trips however after this being another disappointing stay I will be finding elsewhere to stay. Tabetha was kind and helpful as she could be.

The staff!! Extremely kind and patient! Special shoutout to Paul!! Checkin was hectic phones ringing a not so happy customer and Paul nailed it calm cool collected and a smile. The man works hard! Breakfast was amazing! The facility could use some updating but I would stay again!

Tried to check in to Hampton Inn in Lawton, Okla, surly clerk couldn’t find the reservation, showed the clerk the Expedia confirmation but Expedia doesn’t show the hotel reservation number only the Expedia itinerary number, clerk suggested that I call Expedia for said reservation number. I then attempted to call Expedia, but as with previous attempts to call Expedia, it was impossible to get a live person to help. Fortunately, after about 30 minutes of frustration the very nice and extremely competent manager arrived, quickly found the reservation and quickly checked us in.
