Our Martian dome exceeded our expectations, with a very modern ensuite, WiFi, AC and a proper front door. The hotel felt like new, extremely clean and modern and the staff were extremely professional, attentive and friendly. "When we arrived, he gave us tea at his house, and then we went to the camp to see the tent. The tent is excellent and one of the best rooms I have ever lived in. When we were finally given a pin drop to know where to go through WhatsApp of how to find the camp we were sent to a different camp called Hasan Zawaideh. At this camp you are reliant on them to pick you up and book activities because essentially you’re in the middle of nowhere (and actually not even in Wadi Rum, but outside of it). The owner will charge you based on how much he thinks you’ll pay, include secret commissions, changing you room and calling it an “upgrade”, making you feel trapped and pay for a transfer to the village, and sells you...
