We were there 2 nights & had to shower in cold water both days, otherwise everything else was great.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are fantastic. The casino next door makes most of the way from the parking garage to the hotel smell like smoke but the hotel itself is very clean

The Hotel was very nice for the price. We enjoyed the ability to walk to casino and also places near by. I would recommend this place for a nice quiet getaway.

The staff was very courteous and hotel was clean. But my the bathroom in my room was not clean and I didn’t have any clean towels. Didn’t really notice until I got up the next morning. Will not be staying here again.

Cindy, at the front desk, was extremely professional with helping us print our Frontier Airlines boarding passes, as our Wi-Fi did not work well in the area. We miss the buffet as it was closed during Covid and did not reopen. Rooms were large and had refrigerator and coffee maker. Veteran friendly with discounts on food when you apply for a casino card. Slot machines were a little tight, but we managed to play for a while on our allotted $. It is a smoking casino, but it is also very large, and the smoking did not bother us. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay. We will definitely stay again when traveling that way.

Food and staff were friendly. We couldn't get checked in until after 4pm. 4:15 we are told we have no King smoking and would be another hour plus. We take a queen smoking. Dan Lynch

Affordable; clean; decent rooms; mattresses and pillows could be upgraded; no amenities (coffee which it formerly had in the morning for example) in the hotel itself.

I was early for my check in and asked if the attendant could watch my suitcase while I went to the restaurants since they were IN the casino which wasn’t true. The restaurants were located across the hall. And the clerk was asked if he could remember my bag…literally thought this guy was high. My reservation was for a NONsmoking room insteadI was given a room on the smoking floor, a phone call fixed that. However the nonsmoking room was located by the railroad tracks. The train came through with horns blaring around 1:30am, 2:40am, at 4:10am at 5:30 and 6:10am. That was just night one. The second was just as bad. Turns out that my phone wasn’t even room. For the price, there was no way this was worth. Ps they kept saying the the casino was just like Vegas…it’s not the smoke stale air was enough to make my contact filled eyes tear up making it impossible to stand there for long.

What I paid for my room was not worth it. My towels was dirty. The sheets on the bed was not put on right and they had an active shooter in the building. Put it this way. My friend paid $160. I paid $349. Or the same dammit.

Bed was so terrible. I booked two nights but after sleeping on the bed for one night I checked out the next day. Then I got a charge to my card for no reason and tried to find out what the charge was and got no response.

Very dirty, from the floor in the bathroom that had hershey kisses "flags", the toilet being filthy, the ottoman also had filth on it. Only gave us 2 sets of towels and then did not clean our room the first or second day, and did not see anyone to as for more towels, which really we should not have to do. For the price we paid per night one would think it would be in better condition and much cleaner. Would not stay here again.

Messed up reservation so ended up in smoking room, resort fee was no listed in price, very dated and not very clean. I had to wipe down and dust my own room.

The bathroom sink had black hair in it. The commode has rust/stain around the bottom. The carpet is matted down and has multiple stains. The blackout curtains are stained. Also, the hotel charges $15.00 if you want to check in a few minutes early.

The casino is Absolutely Amazing!!!! It is Vegas worthy. The hotel needs renovations, but it was clean. Staff are very friendly. I lost my purse in the casino and did not realize until the next morning… someone turned it in with nothing missing. I was and am still so grateful. There are still Amazing and Honest people in this world. Thank you for being such an awesome person. 🙏 Appreciate you.

my towels at home are better quality, and it not 200 a night. the towels are small. I chair in suite not couch. had to sit on bed.
