"It was quick drive to derby. Loved the cute neighborhood. Mexican restaurant was great and so was coffee shop! Bed was comfortable we got a good night sleep. Kitchen was big and had everything."

"Nice property. Beautiful view! Porches are great. Being a basement apartment made it difficult to rest due to host up doing construction or something quite early ior late 4 a.m. however you look at the situation. Hot tub was on the upstairs deck which wasn’t very private even though there were curtains on either end. The house windows were still available to be seen by anyone who chanced to look. There were many nice conveniences such as bath robes, candles, toiletries , coffee, frozen food...

"Our stay way good and easy to use. (Access) The appliances and bathroom was newer and nice. The down side was the bed and couch we not very comfortable and the tv was in a cabinet and you couldnt see the full picture on the tv. Nice space especially for being an old house and good parking."
