"We absolutely loved the house and grounds. It looks like it’s been completely renovated recently. Good quality appliances and cooking equipment. Everything we forgot to take they had available at the house. My husband loved the fishing (the dock is on the property). The neighbor came by and introduced himself. He was very friendly and even took us out on his boat. We loved our time there and really hated to leave. Hoping to return some day. "

"We had 5 people in our group who stayed. It was a great place for us. Plenty of room. We stayed 3 nights. There were plenty of towels, plates, glasses and utensils. The house is in a quiet area. It was nice to have our own parking spot too. The views of Cincinnati were amazing! The host leaves things you may need like plenty of blankets, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. Even laundry detergent. For our first time in a VRBO, it was a fantastic first impression. "

"It was great! We were very impressed with the number of towels available. Often times, there are not enough towels without having to wash them. The house was very nice and the view was beautiful!It was spacious for the 8 of us. "

"Beautiful home. Well designed. Close to everything. The hot tub was clean and warm for us. The only thing that was wrong was that the air conditioning didn't reach the 3rd floor and the garbage outside wasn't taken out. Overall, if I ever visit Cincinnati again, I will choose this home."

"This was the perfect location for our stay. It was close to the CVG airport, creation museum and Ark! Very clean and perfect for any ages. My 6 and 8 year old loved the game room. The communication, cleanliness and check in/out process was a 10/10. Would definitely Etsy here again if we are back in the area. "

"The location is fantastic, walking distance to some great stuff and central to so many awesome Cincinnati attractions. The front porch is perfect for people watching and the back yard was very comfortable in the evenings. Drew was very responsive to any and all questions. We felt very well attended to. If I had one complaint it would be that not all of the bedroom doors shut completely but that was a minor inconvenience for what was an otherwise very nice stay. "

"Spencer was an amazing host. The apartment is very large and well appointed. There was a small issue with the shower door gone misusing but we didn’t mention it because Spencer was clearly on top of it already. The location is great right next to the main drag. I recommend this place and would stay here again. "
