Located in the village of Lavoux, 15 minutes from Futuroscope, L'Abri Simonne is a charming historic Poitou-style house spread over two levels and set on a large, wooded 4,500 m² lot with a picnic table. The first floor consists of a living room (with a fireplace and a wood-burning stove provided free of charge), a kitchen, a bedroom (1 140-bed) with an en suite bathroom, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom (two 90-cm beds or one 180-cm bed), followed by a second adjoining bedroom (two 90-cm beds or one 180-cm bed). The living room opens onto a large, 40 m² covered terrace with outdoor furniture. All linens (sheets, towels), housekeeping, and heating are included in the rental. A surcharge applies only if you bring your dog or cat. Poitiers, a “City of Art and History,” is 18 km away. Remote work is made easy thanks to FIBER Wi-Fi available since 2025.
