Sleeps 7-3 Bedrooms,2 baths, outdoor shower, central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, wireless internet access, 4 TVs, electric fireplace, smoke, free home. Walking distance to mini-golf, pickleball, tennis & basketball courts, Wawa, ice cream shops, restaurants, playgrounds and Bay beach, fishing, crabbing and water sports.
Approximately 15 min drive to Point Pleasant boardwalk and Seaside Heights boardwalk.

NO Pets unless approved by host. NO Smoking in-house, on deck or property, No candles. Hot Tub is professionally serviced and maintained. In the event of malfunction or major issue, service will be provided as soon as possible.

Beach Package Rental - $100 Includes 8 beach badges, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cart. Deluxe Linen Service - $45 Upgrade and have beds made for you. Includes making all beds with freshly laundered bed linens.

Hot tub/spa package(use of Hot Tub is included in your stay)- Perfect for weekend getaway for couples or friends! $125(1-4 guests), $250(5-8 guests) Includes towels, robes, slippers, aromatherapy, hydrating eye mask, sugar scrub, choice of red or white wine.

Bicycle Rental -$35 per bike. Lost bike fee $400.

Party Supplies for small gatherings - $250 Includes 10x10 foot canopy, 4 six foot folding tables, 20 chairs and table cloths. Note: Fee does not include set up or take down. Set up and Take down fee $250. Max 20 guests for gathering. Overnight is limited to 7 guests.
Lost Badge Fee $175. guests are responsible for returning badges at checkout.
Guests are expected to be respectful. Shower or rinse to remove sand and lotions before entering the hot tub. If this is not done and the tub must be emptied and refilled. There will a $300 charge. Pet Fee(approval required)- $300
