This house is beautiful—very clean and well appointed with stunning views of the water in every room. Debbie was always responsive, and she did everything possible to make us feel welcome. We had a great time and we hope to come back for another visit!

Prime Bay Location! Everything Provided!

This is the furthest most point out into the Bay on Chadwick Island! You can fish, crab, sun bathe, grill, picnic party or chill right from your own dock. There are plenty of chairs and loungers provided on the deck. The bedrooms are roomy and clean and all of the linens and towels are provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and All-Clad cookware. Honestly, it was a little hard for me to cook eggs and such on All-Clad with stainless steel spatulas. It would have been nice to have some silicone utenciils. The bathrooms were clean, however, the toilets need updated to be ADA compliant. My husband is 6'6" tall and did not like squatting on a low toilet. The owner does provide cooler bags, beach towels, bikes, dog bowls, umbrellas,everything you can imagine etc. There was water damage in the main room and the leather furniture has been worn off. The legs of the checker table have been chewed and the lounge chair was broken when we arrived. This house is gorgeous and needs some updating and attention. Please don't think I am bashing this post. I am just giving an honest review and providing info to the next person. Other than these simple things that can be looked over, the house is AMAZING! It is in the PERFECT LOCATION! And everything that you need to enjoy your vacation is provided by Debbie.

The house is a charming oasis exactly as offered on line. The water views , sunsets , bird watching etc was so relaxing and lovely. Debbie the owner was so responsive and always available for our questions etc. My family and I enjoyed the location and would definitely come back

Great Stay !

We had a great stay right on the Barnegat Bay in Debbie’s comfortable, spacious, and beautiful home. We loved the views and the house had all the comforts we needed. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped for making our Thanksgiving meal a very special event. Thanks Debbie !

Perfecto!!

Best fishing vacation with friends. Enjoyed catching 15-20 crans and a lot of fish. A lot of flounders, blue fish, sea bass right from your backyard. Very quite place, house does have everything you need. Will be back for sure

Young Family vacation

Lovely home on the bay with a beautiful view. Debbie, the host, was very accommodating and hospitable. The home was conveniently located in a nice, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Family oriented Chadwick Beach was up the road just a short walk away. It was a short drive to Lavellette Beach, Seaside Boardwalk and many other attractions. My family enjoyed our stay and made some wonderful memories!

Awesome. Can’t say enough good things about it!

The location on the bay is beautiful. We sat on dock just steps away from the water. Gorgeous views from every window. Very spacious open floor plan. Baby grand piano adds a lot. The kitchen is large. Has every appliance that you could use. Has many dishes and glasses. Everything that you could want is right there including paper towels and spices. There is a big dining room table with a fireplace. Tv with Roku is great. There are 2 huge upstairs bedrooms with king beds. 2 bathrooms upstairs. There are 2 more bedrooms One with 2 trundle beds and the other with a futon and twin bed. Plenty of room for a family It has bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels. Anything you need for the ocean which is less than a 5 minute drive away Another drive which is a 15 minute ride away is Seaside Heights. Beach, amusement park and boardwalk. The place is SPOTLESS. The communication with Debbie was GREAT . So nice and easy to speak to her. We had NO problems. Definitely would go there again.

Unique stay - right on the water

Unique find, right on the bay. I mean 20 feet away from the bay! House was very comfortable and convenient. Host is delightful, friendly, and super accommodating. Our family enjoyed every minute of the stay. Make sure to grab a meal at Lenny’s. Walk the beach. But you’ll really just want to sit on the back deck or hang out on the dock and look out across the bay, Our party of 6 and beagle had a great stay.

Christmas Vacation

Property has magnificent water views. The open floor plan was perfect for entertaining. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glassware, pots & pans, small appliances. Bedrooms were spacious. Lots of closet and dresser space. Listing in Vrbo was accurate.

Weekend getaway

Positives: Excellent view, very clean, house fully equipped, comfortable and relaxing. Very nice host. Negatives: Driveway is awful and very tight with shrubs making it worse. Plumbing is weak when flushing, back deck is old, dated home but its nice. Had a nice stay but for this size house, i find it next to impossible to accommodate more than two cars at the most. Recommend for a group of 4 or more traveling in one car. Too expensive for a couple.
