UN hotel extraordinario. Un gran Lujo que se siente no solo por la arquitectura que encuentra balance en el tiempo (del pasado en su fachada) con la modernidad en las habitaciones. Excelente servicio, buenos restaurantes y comida.

Un hotel hermoso, tod@ el personal muy atento, excelente ubicacion muy cerca de una estacion del metro, la zona muy tranquila. El sky lunch te da una excelente vista al lago, los alpes y una parte de la ciudad, la comida, deliciosa!

Hotel de lujo muy bonito y muy bien ubicado. La atención del personal debería estar de acuerdo con el nivel del hotel. La comida buena, podría estar también mejor. En general todo con precios muy elevados. Y definitivamente falta una persona de alto rango que supervise al personal.

El hotel está hermoso, un poco alejado del lago ( como 10 min caminando), está muy bien cuidado y la atención es de primera calidad.

Not a New Years event to remember
Over priced , poor and slow service, not enough staff and definitely not a location for New Years event. The New Years Party set up and organisation was embarrassing to say the least, terrible …….a so called DJ in a meeting room with 30 silver ballon’s , it felt like a teenage disco . Each guest reactions as they arrived said it all also - this was funny to watch. The food is way over priced and drink even more so, but food was good when it came , spa was nice and relaxing and the room was nice and tidy. Overall - disappointed I simply could not recommend it tho - sorry.

Fabulous stay at this hotel!
My family and I spent two nights at this hotel and we cannot fault the service in any way. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing stay. The food was outstanding in both the Sky Lounge and Brasserie; whilst the spa facilities hit every spot too - from massage to the pool. Highly recommend staying there as easy to travel around the city too.

Très bel hôtel, bémol sur le service
Hôtel, équipements, chambre, accueil et propreté dignes d’un 5 étoiles. La suite était parfaite, grande, très bien équipée, très grande terrasse, cadeau d’accueil personnalisé super, salle de bain de rêve (avec tv, wc japonais, serviettes ultra moelleuses), petite cuisine équipée, grand canapé, journal livré le matin. Très bon PDJ buffet avec plats chauds sur commande et serveurs efficaces. Seul bémol : le service. Le concierge nous a donné une fausse indication sur Gruyères (chateau sans horaires et non payant alors que si), pas d’aide pour franchir les qq marches devant l’hôtel avec notre poussette, impossible d’avoir un plaid (40 min avec 3 allers-retours d’une employée pour finir avec des couvertures, ni elle ni la réception ne comprenant le mot plaid), il faut réclamer du gel douche (de base 1 petit pot dans la douche pour 3 personnes), on oublie un objet au bar (avec le prénom dessus) qui ne nous a pas été redonné (on s’en est rendus compte une fois partis), plusieurs employées de service en chambre ne parlent pas du tout français (impossible d’obtenir la recharge en sachets de thé du goût qu’on voulait seulement), on demande à recharger uniquement en décaféiné et on a 2jours de suite tous les cafés. Tout cela sont des petits détails certes , mais dans un 5 étoiles on s’attend à la perfection !

Self service from the moment we got there to the moment we left. No one to take the car, no one who cared that we arrived, at breakfast there was a line and once we sat down no one ever came around for drinks or to order from the menu. Ran out of toilet paper and the bathroom was always flooded from the shower. Room was sometimes not cleaned until very late in the day. From my opinion a great 4 star hotel but it does not have the service of a 5 star hotel.

Stay was ok. The hotel looks very nice on the outside and I’m torn to rate it on the interior bc parts are beautiful but our bathrooms floors had nasty spots and the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. We spent 2 night wit barely any aaC and the weather was 30 Celsius. We were very uncomfortable sleeping. Front desk staff was nice and so were breakfast staffing. The best one was the Italian concierge. He was so exceptional nice and helpful.
