"Originally made reservations for 2 rooms, but upon late evening check in was told l only had 1 room. I said we would make it work. Was able later to show my confirmation for 2 rooms but still said we would make the single room work out. Found they charged for 2nd room even tho wedidnt use and it was their mistake upon check-in. "The problem is I did NOT get the rooms I had paid for and the manager blamed it all on the platform. Although I had booked my 2 rooms an entire month ahead of time, the manager said he could not do anything about it!!!"

"The room and bathroom was very dated and poor lighting in the bathroom. My elderly mother had white socks on and they were black from walking on the floors. Obviously haven't been cleaned in awhile. Have stayed there before a few years ago and it was ok for the money. Will not go back."
