"The outdoor property is very pretty, about 10 acres, lawn kept, I would see deer there every other day. The house is older and is need of updates, but it suited my needs. The house has no central air, but the 3 window units kept it cool enough, though it necessitated the use of a fan to keep the bathroom floor from getting slick when weather was very humid outside. The host, Claudia was very nice and always communicates promptly."

The floor is very wavy making you feel unsteady. The couch was also low and hard as a rock. The smith river behind the house is barely visibleThe worst part is the entry. "Our stay was great nice big house plenty of room and bathrooms decorated nicely that made the kids feel more at home with out getting home sick staying for a week Nice quiet street not a lot of traffic & private hot tub & pool table made the evenings fun When I had a few questions about finding the outside switches for the lower decking lights she got right back with me and was very helpful with info about the property and things to do in the area we enjoyed our stay thanks to you"
