  • A Tiny House on the Stillwater Ranch! Enjoy the country scenery from your front porch of this beautiful tiny home. This home is beautifully furnished and offers luxury furnishings, linens and mattresses. Porter's Cottage is on the fenced in private property of Stillwater Ranch. You can use this cottage as a stand alone rental or you can rent it in conjunction with all of the other homes on Stillwater Ranch for large groups. Porter's is just north of Laurel Hill, FL and 20 minutes to Crestview, FL. You are also within an hour to the beaches of Destin from this location.

My daughter and I were in the area for a wedding at Laurel Hill which was about 15 minutes down the road. This was perfect for our short stay. We felt safe and had everything we needed.

Visit family

Short stop to visit family before heading home from Florida! We stayed before in a different house on property and enjoyed this one too! My only negative was the bed was so high it was hard for me to get up on it with my short legs!

Only problem was with the tv. Had to be there for direct tv tech to tell us the tv was bad. Other than that we had a really good stay.

Cute and Quiet

We got there at night, and it was a little hard to find. Once we got in, everything was well stocked. The living room furniture was antique and not too comfortable. The kitchen was great, the water pressure in the shower was great. The bed is very high off of the ground, I am only 5' tall so my husband had to boost me up. We found the mattress okay, it was lower in the middle so we kept finding ourselves on top of each other. The second night my husband slept on the settee in the living room. All in all it is a very cute house, and fully stocked with everythind you will need

Country Getaway

The cottage was very nice and comfortable. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Everything worked as it should and the place was as clean as a pin. The surrounding property was well kept. The area was rural and quiet and seemed very safe. Perfect for us.

Very neat and clean

For a small cottage it is amazing that everything you need is on site. Even a large screen TV and washer and dryer. Very functional.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable

My sister and I were in the area to visit Conecuh National Forest and Blackwater State Forest. It was the perfect home base for visiting those spots. The little house was furnished with what we needed to cook meals and relax.

Perfect location & size!

I reserved this little home for my parents and it was just perfect! My wedding guests and I stayed at the other home on the ranch and we were right next to each other which made getting ready so easy! Communication was easy - we ended up leaving my mom’s iPad behind and they made sure to keep me updated on when they found it and when I could pick it up. Great Stay!

Horse Ranch Cottage

Cozy tiny house on a quiet scenic property. Pretty far out of town for access to other needs, but I guess that’s one reason the price is a little lower. No complaints other than the bed: it was barely big enough for two and the old metal frame was squeaky. Overall very satisfied.

Tiny Stay

Great small tiny house for just the wife and I. No central AC just window units so it was a little stuffy. Great place, great location for being out away from everything but not to far away.
