The car park had travelling contractors vans in it in the early evening and all gone before breakfast that starts at 8am.
Breakfast is prepared to order, cereal and full English that was very nice."

Rooms are equipped with electricity outlets, wifi and tv for those needing it. The pub itself is fantastic with a very well stocked bar. "What a pleasure it was to stay there last night. We stayed in room 3, which is the "Crying Lady" room. I didn't hear her unfortunately but my wife was snoring. Can I please just give a mention to Ben, who didn't stop all day. A true gentleman. An extra mention to the "Undercover Boss"... You know who you are. We will be back soon. "Had a lovely stay at Leworthy Farmhouse, Neil and Kirsty are wonderful hosts. Very family and couple friendly. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been all around the world. Quality produce and locally sourced, the portions were very generous and there was lots of choice. It’s in a peaceful location and once you drive out you have the choice to go into Devon or drive further into Cornwall.
Highly recommend this little gem of a place, it’s like home from home. "

"The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking).
