The service leading up to our stay was already exceptional. The house was very clean and welcoming and the minor issues we experienced were remedied as fast as we could utter them. Host was welcoming and beds comfortable. Bathroom wonderful, but there it stopped. Drive is very hard to negotiate, especially as local traffic is parked both sides of the street, and the drive is extremely narrow. The kitchen desperately needs refurbishing as it is 1950s with no upgrade, with the exception of the oven, since then. Floorboards in back bedroom need replacing as they are jagged near the bed. Hole in floor in living room. Handy to the city and can walk there, and nearby Brickfields Park is lovely to walk through. A bit overpriced but it was clean and neat. There is no pantry.
