10 +++ Stay. - Great quick check-in guy. Parking directly in rear/back of hotel. Elevator. Great hot water. Great WiFi. Microwave & large refrigerator. Clean room. Walk to downtown sites. Queen bed, nice sitting area and dinning area. Nice size room.

Very clean everything in the room was great but the bed and pillows were a little hard. Tea coffee biscuits shampoo soap and nice towels were available.Easy walk to CBD and the princess theatre.easy parking.

Clean and affordable cooked breakfast. Great recommendations for outings and things to do. Not luxurious but great location.

It was a good place to stay. The only thing we found uncomfortable was the skinny pillows. Only having one skinny, flat pillow each contributed to a poor sleep.

We had no problem finding this hotel. Easy walking to restaurants. Very helpful and friendly staff. Everything was clean. It’s an old building but we’ll worth the cost and would recommend to anyone

Very nice stay
Delivered everything I needed and expected. Large comfortable room with microwave, coffee and good wifi. Did nt have breakfast or use parking. It s a small city so everywhere would be walkable wherever you stay. Happy with choice.

Frosty morning and the duty manager went the extra mile offering containers of Luke warm water to pour over windscreen. My new go to stay for Launceston.

Lovely motel. Stayed here frequently for work and always excellent. This time has issue with hot water. It wasn’t fixed sadly.

Enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and warm. The staff were super friendly. We had a hearty breakfast every morning consisting of bacon, eggs, hash browns toast and coffee. I rate the food and the service. Do yourself a favour and start your day this way. Overall the accommodation and service exceeded my expectations. They Even had bottles of water at the ready for defrosting the windscreen.
