"I had a really lovely and comfortable stay here. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and responsive from the very beginning.
They kindly accommodated an early check-in for me, which I really appreciated, and although my circumstances changed and I wasn’t able to make use of it as I had originally planned, their flexibility meant a lot. They were also happy to look after my luggage after check-out, which made everything so much easier.
The location is fantastic, very central and convenient...

"I stayed for seven nights at the Launceston Central Apartment Hotel, which is close to the shopping area and convenient for public transport.
Communication with the staff was excellent and both check in and check out went smoothly.
The accommodation offered a clean room, a spacious bathroom, a kitchenette, and a laundry facilities.
The room temperature worked fine for me, so I did not use air conditioning.
I did not drive, so I did not use the car park."

"The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. But the unit itself needed a bit of work. The shower had a leak in the bottom and wasn't sealed properly, and there was a family of possums or rats living in the roof that were quite loud. Everything else was in good working condition, but overall could use with a good deep clean."
