The property was nice and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were not very kind except for one customer relations woman who was very helpful and lovely. I think her name was Marialena. We had a problem with the bathroom door and they upgraded us to the suite. Everyone was lovely. The room and the seaview were fantastic. Breakfast was great too. Pity we only spend one night there.
