"After the initial problem getting in to the property we found it a very neat tidy cottage with a nicely appointed kitchen. All areas have been renovated, comfy bed in front bedroom. Things that would improve this property : .Definitely front door needs attention .Flyscreen Security doors front & back to enable air flow. .TV remote in bedroom didnt work(not a major thing) .Unable to hook up DVD to TV(this more likely my lack of technical ability & also not big deal) .Can opener would be handy "

"Very clean and tidy, comfortable, spacious, warm, quiet neighbourhood, comfortable beds. Very nice spa bath. Gas stove was big and easy to light. Couches were very comfortable. Refridgerator was a decent size with freezer at the bottom. Only negative was the single bed sheets were rather small and came untucked easily. "This was my 3rd stay at Abington Farm. Warm welcome by the owner & resident dog (Penny). The room was clean, spacious & all kitchen equipment was available to use. My dog enjoyed playing with Penny running around together, and she made some visits to my room. I am looking forward to staying again sometime in near future."

"The property was very much as advertised, had everything we needed and expected and was very comfortable. It's in a beautiful secluded location and had stunning sunset views in the evening. My Mum (visiting from overseas) loved the big eucalyptus trees and the kookaburras, and our little kids really enjoyed touring the farm and meeting the friendly animals.
