No towels when we arrived, we were looking forward to use the facilities but swimming pool area was packed , some people had 2 or 3 towels per head and we waited and waited but nothing. they were meant to be complimentary. disappointing. Also no room service after some point. we run out of water ( only 2 small 500ml bottles in the room) on a very hot day it was simply not enough. We asked room service for some more, they said no. It’s a prefect contained apartment for a week. All the staff were very welcoming and extremely accommodating and couldn’t be more helpful.
