"For the most part the staff at check-in out was great the issue with the hot tub not opening till 9 in the morning is rather disappointing as a frequent guest in the past I enjoyed being able to go early and there and then have my breakfast after speaking of which has really deteriorated there were ..."

"The hotel had no water. I know it was nothing they could do about that because it was a Watermain break, but still maybe a discounted rate should’ve been offered not really sure how they were allowed people to stay in the hotel with no water"
