"Had a terrific holiday at this villa and would highly recommend. We were a party of 11 ages ranging from 12 to 81.We used all 6 bedrooms and there was plenty of room for all of us.Great outside spaces for eating and a fantastic pool and lovely surround for sunbathing.Benedetto was a perfect host, always on hand if needed. "We were a large group of extended family. Check in was easy; Benedetto met us there and gave us a tour. The streets are not well-lit, or really lit at all, and the street signs are practically nonexistent, so a couple people in our group who didn’t get there until after dark got lost at first. "Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.Der Strand "Spiaggia Gorgo Lungo" ist in der Nähe und Empfehlenswert.Mit einen Auto ist man gut beraten, da sonst doch alles weit weg ist. Auch sehr zu Empfehlen in nur wenigen Laufminuten die Bar "A chiana".Es befinden sich 2 Ferienwohnungen in diesem Haus, wir hatten die untere. Nachbarn waren nicht zu hören. Auf Reklamationen ist die Vermieterin sofort eingegangen.Minuspunkte:- wie in Italy üblich Strom, Bettwäsche usw. muss seperat bezahlt werden...

The property is as described in the add, with nice and very clean rooms and bathrooms, well functioning AC in all bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen with nice seating area outside and a large table inside as well. The garden was very neat and the pool was kept clean. There are two beaches within seven to 15 minutes walk, Spiaggia di Piane Vecchie is the closest, with hardly any people but no amenities so bring your own parasol etc, and Spiaggia Salinelle...

"Sehr gut konzipierte Doppelhaushälfte. Das Haus liegt in der "Residence Gorgo Lungo", die man nur über ein Code-gesichertes Tor erreichen kann. Leider liegt gelegentlich auch Hundedreck auf den Straßen der Residenz herum. Es gibt einen Privatweg zum Strand mit kleinem ebenfalls Code-gesichertem Tor. Es befindet sich dort auch eine Gemeinschafts-Dusche, die aber technisch nicht in bestem Zustand ist. In der Woche ist es auf dem Strand schön leer, so daß man genügend Platz für sich hat. Es gibt...
