Due to an error made by our receptionist, I discovered that they gave you an apartment that was not listed to rent and that by this reason it was not perfectly clean.If you had told us immediately, we could have quickly solved the problem, possibly even replacing the apartment with one of the others available.

Good afternoon, we do not understand the reason for your comment, the building is almost new it is only 6 years old. the apartments have an old style. we were checking and the apartment was no dirty. Due to the cancellation policy we did not make the refund.

Thank you very much for the positive review. the "free upgrade" wan't meant to be a bait, simply we ran out of single bedroom apartments since we had a booking mistake and so we had to let you in a double room for one night. i'm really sorry if you red that as a bait to get some extra money from you. we'll be glad to have you here again as soon as you want, thanks for your staying and review.
