Hotel Familiar recomendable
Fue muy agradable, el lugar tiene muy buena ubicación, a unos 60 mt de la playa, las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy atentas, en especial Nella que nos hizo sentir en familia, lo único que había zancudos en la habitación que lo solucionamos con repelentes. ah y ese día la luz lo estaban arreglando por lo que no había agua hasta las 6:30 pm

Lugar tranquilo, muy cerca de la playa (~100-200 metros) y a 2 km del centro, si te gusta pasear o correr, muy agradable. El trato, amabilidad y generosidad su persona de contacto, Polo, es de 10, simplemente excelente. Te atiende en cualquier momento y sobre cualquier cuestión, desde luego que hace que tu experiencia sea bastante más agradable.

Estaba equipada con lo básico para uso de la cocina, baños y la piscina. Todo estaba aseado. Deben mejorar la conexión de Internet.

Esta muy abandonado en general , había dejado de ir , por las pobres condiciones y el agua para bañarse no era buena , eso del agua fue arreglado El apartamento no tiene seguridad en las puertas están todas rotas , sólo tiene un candado para poner a una puerta de hierro que puede ser violada muy fácilmente La ropa de cama para el sofá cama no había Habían cucarachas en el segundo Me gustaría tener un reembolso del 50 % de lo que pague , por pasar una noche intranquilo e incómodo

Fraude
Estoy tratando de comunicarme con el servicio al cliente de hotel.com y no he recibido respuesta! Este lugar estaba completamente cerrado cuando llegue nunca pude hacer el check-in y al final tuve que ir a otro hotel y pagar más dinero porque la sola habitación disponible era la más cara. Esto es fraude y quiero mi dinero de vuelta.

The construction site next to the property was extremely noisy and was not safe due to falling debris, I was moved to a better room with less noise. Overall, I enjoyed my stay! The environment was pleasant, and the price was unbeatable... Paulo and his wife were very accommodating. My suggestion is to advise the workers at the construction site to keep the shouting and loud speaking to a minimum

Nice place bad experience... the house does not have an electric generator the first night we could not sleep because there was no power in the area, it was very hot and to make matters worse the windows could not be opened because of the mosquitoes, the staff (Polo and Nela) tried to help us in what they could and they were very attentive but we really did not have a good time during the night. The TV did not work either and when there is no electricity there is no water in the bathrooms... but being fair area is very good and super close to the beach. The house is nice. Las Terrenas is beautiful its a shame we couldn’t have a better experience since we where celebrating my husbands birthday.

The property was good and clean and the area very nice. Now comes the crazy part. When you book they say it is self check in and that you will receive instructions on how to check in 48 hours before you arrive. I never got instructions and wrote to the property 30 hours before, 24 hours before 10 hours before and nothing - no reply. I called Expedia and they said they had several numbers for the property but nobody was answering so we went there with anxiety prepared to having to look for and book a different place. Turns out there is a front desk and care takers living on the property so the incompetence of the miss information on Expedia and the no response when you write to them made me leary of what else might go wrong but thankfully nothing did..

Lovely apartment, very well taken care of. The star of our stay was Polo, and thanks to him our stay was 5 star. The truth is that without Polo, this condo hotel would be just a regular one.

Great little spot! Great staff! You just show up to the hotel and knock on the front reception lounge and there’s always someone there to help you. The place was very tidy and clean, and the pool was very nice! When the power went out in the area they were able to help us get it going, and there was plenty of hot water. The little kitchen is super adorable. The beds are very comfortable. And the bathrooms are remarkable. A wonderful Dominican vibe with walking distance of a perfect beach! Definitely bring your own drinking water, coffee, and other supplies, but outside of that it was perfect

Location is excellent, one minute walk from lovely Playa de las Ballenas, and several bars and restaurants. The apartment is very spacious and nice, with air conditioning in bedroom, small kitchenette adequate for a holiday. Parking also available. The main issue to be aware of is that the internet is very, very bad, basically you should assume there is no internet. Cleaning is only done every three days, which they should tell you in advance (was fine with us, once we were informed). Plumbing could use an upgrade, shower and hot water was a bit unpredictable, hot water was coming in and out. But overall the location and physical accomodation is very nice.

Cet hôtel n’existe pas !!
Il semble que cet hôtel n’existe pas. Nous sommes arrivés à 19:30 au lieu indiqué sur la carte. Il n’y avait aucune residence qui correspondait à la description. Nous avons demandé à tous les riverains, personne n’avait entendu parlé de l’endroit. Nous avons téléphoné une vingtaine de fois, personne n’a jamais répondu. Nous avons été obligés d’aller séjourner ailleurs

Salut Merci beaucoup de nous avoir choisi pour votre séjour, nous l’avons vraiment apprécié, j’ai bien senti le désagrément de localiser l’hôtel et en même temps l’impossible pour nous localiser, c’est pourquoi nous nous efforçons d’éviter une adaptation de ce type, nous aimerions que vous restiez pour une prochaine et vous montrer de l'autre côté de la pièce, mille excuses Avec nos meilleures salutations !!!!

Die Anlage ist sehr kindefreundlich
Wir hätten den Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten gerne verlängert. Wenn man ein Fahrzeug hat ist die Anlage sehr empfehlenswert. Etwas abseits vom Zentrum, aber der Strand ist zu Fuß wenige Minuten entfernt.
