1 room has sea view and 1 room has hill view (wonderful natural landscape). The big new seaview bathroom is private.

The rest of the villa (pool, kitchen etc) is shared with up to 2 more guests.

The villa has 3 rooms in total so you will share the common spaces with up to 2 additional people only.

Beautiful view and location among Las Terrenas town and Playa Bonita surf and chill beach.

The 2 rooms accommodate a maximum of 4 people (and the entire Villa accommodates up to 6 people).

The 2 rooms are equipped with
- 2 double beds: the seaview room has a normal double bed (queen bed) and the hill view room has a XL double bed (king bed)
- fan,
- air conditioning,
- safety lock,
- door key,
- a big mirror,
- a clothes hanging bar and shelves.

All windows and window doors in the villa have mosquito nets and window shutters for full darkness.

The big seaview bathroom is private for the 2 rooms and equipped with 2 sinks, 1 shower, 1 shower head bidet close to the WC, hot water, mirror and mirror lights. Towels are provided.

Soaps, pillows are included and linen are changed weekly. So you can travel lighter. Weekly cleaning and night security service are included as well as pool maintenance and garden maintenance.

The swimming pool is open all year 24/7 and fresh water. The infinity swimming pool has no baywatch or security so please use it carefully at your own responsibility. It is accessible at any hour in day at night all year. It is private for the guests of the 3 rooms of the villa. Fresh water, chlorine and levels checked twice a week all year.

The Kitchen of the villa is equipped with induction stove, fridge and freezer, bread toaster, microwave, blenders and dish washer besides plates, glasses, cutleries and cooking equipment. It is private for the guests of the 3 rooms of the villa.

WiFi is available in the whole villa, included in the rooms and private balconies.
The house is perfectly equipped for hosting remote workers and digital nomads with private working friendly tables and chairs in each room, plenty pf plugs and wifi. WiFi is powerful in the whole home but a secondary internet sim card is always suggested. We have a powerful Starlnk connection.

Comfortable panoramic tables are available for use and plenty of plugs are around.

Many Plug type A 120 V like USA and Canada in the house, furthermore you will find about 10 USB plugs and a couple of EU 220 V plugs.

Weekly house cleaning with linen and towels change is included weekly. Security service is available every day since 5 pm to morning.

Space for parking (free and private) is available in the property. We suggest having a scooter for moving easier around Las Terrenas. We are happy to provide the contact of a reliable scooter/ 4 x 4 four wheel quad /car rental if you need.

A really good local fruit shop is available in the main street and also a traditional little supermarket. They are 2 min drive from the villa.

The famous Playa Bonita is located at 5 minutes drive and the centre of Las Terrenas is reachable in 7 minutes drive.

Electricity bill will be billed separately, depending on cost in the period, and shared among the people in the house :)

We suggest having a normal health insurance / travel insurance in order to be in measure to use any of the private and public clinics and hospitals present in Las Terrenas without thinking twice or worrying about costs.

Our Wifi is strong (sat test show 88mbps download and 9 Mbps upload) SpaceX Starlink. It is Satellite Starlink connection. We suggest anyways having a little emergency hotspot (i.e. a normal dominican sim card with local phone number. i.e. Claro local company has normally some good deals)

For long stays (1+ month) a 200 dollars deposit will be requested and given back at the end of your stay upon room check.

ELECTRICITY BILL IS EXCLUDED AND SHARED

Yoga mats are at disposal in the house for free. Feel free to use them in common spaces, close to the pool, or on your private panoramic balcony.

Weaknesses of this place:
- Motor (Scooter/ 4 x 4 quad four wheel /Car) needed to move around. Without an engine you do not even reach a supermarket honestly.
- If you have kids you will have to monitor them the whole time as the infinity pool has a hole as normal and it is not monitored.
- Stairs in the house.

Strengths of this place:
- fresher (I never needed to switch on the air-con until now),
- more wind,
- much less mosquitoes than staying at the beach or in the city
- much less city and engines noise than staying in the center,
- breath better air,
- less traffic,
- spectacular view,
- Soaps for clothes and dish washing are included as well as shower soaps.
- Towels, bed linen and pillows are included and changed weekly. So you can travel lighter.
- The WiFi is powerful and reliable in the whole house.
- look at the sea from the height and choose your daily activities/sports
- strategic point among 4 amazing beaches, waterfall and coffee and chocolate route.
- much more modern and better equipped than any place I've stayed in 6 years in Dominican republic.

Breakfast is included and cooked in high season (mid-november to easter time included). You can choose among:
- dominican breakfast (mangu, cebollita, sausage, cheese, eggs, avocado), coffee, tea, milk, fresh tropical juice, water;
- omelette (with/without ham, cheese, salami (tocineta), tomatoes, red peppers, onion, salt and pepper), coffee, tea, fresh tropical juice, water;

The kitchen is at disposal in case you prefer to cook personally or something different.
