Great 4-generations 6 adult girls’ first time to Puerto Rico trip! Home was wonderful in a lovely area with plenty of space, comfy beds, working ACs, great outdoor areas and pool. Watching all the fireworks on all sides of us while by the pool for the New Year was magical!Go to Guayaba Tostada Pastry & Coffee House for breakfast/brunch — great coffee and yummy food that is all homemade!!Only downside was trying to find it for first time in the dark at 10p and took hours to get in touch with Tania for exact location and info to get into the house. We were almost about to give up and find other accommodations for the night when she finally called. After that scare, communication was wonderful! Also recommend showers in evening as in morning/during day the water did not get terribly warm. Definitely recommend renting a Jeep for traveling all over PR like we did & highly recommend BeepBeepJeep!! So much to see and do a week was not enough.Book this rental!!!!

This was a great trip! Finding the home was a little tricky but thankfully some wonderful locals were able to assist and our host Tania was easily accessible by phone when we had a question. The house had everything we needed for a family of all ages. It was in a great location as we were in town for a family quince in San Lorenzo. We’d definitely book again if we have another gathering in San Lorenzo. Thank you Tania for opening your home to our family!

Perfect Vacation Get Away

If you are looking for a great place to stay this is it!! Casa de Loma was the perfect get away spot for our family vacation. Plenty enough room for all 7 family members to have fun enjoying each others company or finding a peaceful spot inside or outside for our own personal time. The pool was a big hit for all of us each night after a long day of sightseeing around the island and even a few morning dips before venturing out. The location was close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants, just a short drive away for visiting family in Caguas, spending the day at Luquillo Beach and Old San Juan or just a bit farther for a day at El Yunque or day trip to Crash Boat Beach. I loved going to sleep to the sounds of the coqui frogs. Mr Ortiz was just a phone call away if we needed anything and happy to help!! We will be booking our vacation at Casa de Loma again next year!!

Perfect!

Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Great attention to detail and the owner was very nice and was available as needed. We did have a bit of trouble finding the house but we drove in at night and it was hard to see. Otherwise it was perfect and I will definitely book again. Thank you so much

Comfortable Home With Private Pool, Near beaches, and Rain Forest. Peaceful location.

The home was just as advertised. Clean, everything you need and I liked that it was not in the center of a loud atmosphere. Great family place and not a long distance travel to stores. Kids loved the pool and it is well lit after dark. Definitely the most pleased I have ever been with a rental.

Perfect Christmas getaway

We enjoyed the house so much. It had enough room for the 5 of us and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and we took advantage of it both day and night when we were at the house. The best thing was how helpful Carlos was at answering questions. He gave great suggestions to eat in San Juan!! Definitely use his directions on getting to the house.

Amazing Getaway!

BOOK THIS NOW!!! First things first, the listing is accurate, which is what we're all looking for when we rent a place. Pool was amazing - plenty of toys and towels included, so don't worry about bringing those with you. Stocked kitchen and a keuring, even though we loved going out to try coffee, too. They also had coolers for us to use while we were there - came in so handy for all the day trips we took. Good location - easy to find, and also plenty nearby for shopping and food. Highlights from our trip were a Bio Boat trip to the Bio Bay, two days in and around El Yunque, and a trip to pork highway for mouthwatering Lechon. Please book now. Family owned and we could not have been happier with the place throughout our trip.

Perfect vacation home!

My family and I ( eight total, four adults and three kids) stayed in this home and it was perfect! It was comfortable, spacious and beautiful! The pool area is big and pretty secluded from the neighbors. The only reason I gave it a four star for location was because I got a little lost with the GPS, however once my family sent me their location I was able to find them that way and it was super easy to find once I familiarized myself with the area. We travel to PR yearly to visit family and I hope to book this house again! Absolutely loved our time there!

Unsatisfactory.

In my opinion I think they can make improvements for customers. What is it like to have drinking water, toilet paper, some kitchen utensils? also make sure that the maintenance of the pool. since my daughters tested positive for strep. the space and house is very comfortable the neighborhood and the neighbors were good. cleanliness was good. only those details that in my opinion are very important.

Comfortable, clean house in a quiet neighborhood

This house was really comfortable, spacious, well maintained, and easy to find. The house stayed cool and comfortable all day. The beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and well lit at night. My girls took advantage of it every day. Neighborhood is pretty quiet. The drive down from the house has a gorgeous mountain view. The supermarket is about 8 mins from the property and Walmart is about 15 mins. The property manager, Juan, was very helpful when needed. The hosts were very nice and quick to respond. We would stay there again. Thank you for making us feel at home!
