  • Welcome to our newly refreshed and restyled 2-bedroom condo at Blue Venao Ocean Village, located just a 3-minute walk from the beach club and the ocean.

    The apartment has recently been updated with fresh paint, new furniture, and refreshed décor, creating a bright, comfortable space that feels like new again. One of its biggest highlights is the spacious private balcony, now with an even larger outdoor living area—perfect for relaxing, dining, enjoying a morning coffee, or unwinding in the hammock.

    The condo is located on the ground floor and now offers direct access from the apartment's garden area to the brand-new swimming pool of Blue Venao, just steps from your balcony. It can also be accessed directly from the building hall or parking area, with no stairs or elevator required.

    The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and includes everything you need for a perfect stay:

Loved this property! Outstanding location right next to one of the pools and a short walk to the beach. There’s also a small grocery store a 2 minute walk away for the necessities. Easy check in/out. Excellent hosts! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo without a doubt is beautiful and has everything you could expect in a Renato like this. First class honestly and a great value for the money! We will stay here again and recommend it. Only thing negative possible and it’s real: the outside paint on these condos is in bad shape and to see a photo of the outside and then walk up through these neglected exteriors of the property and realize how bad it looks, is a bit frightening. The Association needs to improve this. That brings said , when you enter the condo it’s first class and great location and looking right at the pool. It’s a magnificent condo!

Truly enjoyed the property. Spent much of our time on large, comfortable patio where we could walk out to the quieter of the 2 pools at the property. Very easy walk to the grocery store and all the quite excellent restaurants and of course the beach. Very easy to rent surf boards of various size, types and quality. Natalia the local host is absolutely wonderful.

Great spot in a slice of paradise! Location is amazing for exploring everything Playa Venao has to offer. Place is clean, big and fully stocked for our family of 4. Facilities are amazing with beautiful pools and a great beach club. Full kitchen if you want to dine in and great patio to chill on. Everything was easy and host was very attentive. Would definitely come back and recommend for any families looking for beach holiday.

The facilities are five star and top notch. We certainly got our money's worth on those. However, caution if you are over thirty cause the majority of those staying at Blue Venao are under thirty and have little regard for those wishing a measure of tranquility after midnight. I believe our money was well spent for the unit we rented and for all the close and convenient offerings. Just bring headphones or earplugs if you like to relax in the evening.

This property was close to the beach and pool and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The condo was roomy and well stocked. We would come again.

Amazing unit. Amazing property. Amazing host.Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Playa Venao.Beach front pool and club are the highlight. There is a second quieter pool right outside the unit. The ground floor access and shaded private patio were also pluses.The hosts were clear and quick with communication. We had an issue with the hot water the first night that they quickly resolved. The unit was well stocked and super clean.There was some odour that seemed to be from floor drains but nothing offensive.

Property is beautiful. Modern two bedroom is well stocked. Short walk to beautiful clubhouse. Playa Venao is stunning! Cute town with great restaurants. It was a great family vacation. Can’t wait to go back.

Paradise Found

This is a very modern, beautiful main floor condo in the heart of the surfing area of Playa Venao. It provides a very accommodating arrangement for up to 4 people with two comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped full kitchen and lovely large partially covered outdoor patio. Paulo (owner) has ensured your stay will be comfortable in every way! The facilities at Blue Venao are excellent including a beautiful large pool overlooking the beach, yoga classes and several restaurants each with amazing food and drink choices . The sandy beach is spectacular and right at your doorstep! Groceries are available at the market just 2 minutes from your condo, stocking everything you want. You will not be disappointed!

Epic stay in Playa Venao!

The location of this condo is great! There is so much to do within walking distance. We ate at a different restaurant each day of the week and didn’t try them all! We rode horses on the beach, saw howler monkeys, helped save the baby turtles with “Save the Turtles” foundation, took a surf lesson, rented boogie boards, swam in the infinity pool(especially at sunset…beautiful!), relaxed in the hammocks, beds and couches by the beach, went on a waterfall hike, etc…all without leaving the area! The condo was very spacious. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it easy for two couples to share the space. We decided we were on vacation so we were not cooking…but the kitchen was stocked if we had wanted to! (A note: the welcome directions said the coffee maker used pods so we made a special point to buy those. There is one there but there is actually a regular coffee maker too so you can just bring a bag of coffee) Beach towels were provided -which was nice because we spent most of our time at the beach. We loved having the patio to hang out on. We bought fruit at the fruit market that we had never tried before. Was fun to cut them all up and have a taste test! We had a wonderful week here. I highly recommend!
