Loved this spot. Any improvements needed would be super minor - the blinds in the first front most bedroom don’t open correctly, and the pool table only has one cue stick that has the felt so we just shared the cue stick as we played. One of the bedrooms was missing its remote to control the light and fan. Other than that, the rest of the house was in great shape. It was very clean, the amenities were terrific, and the inclusion of a cooler and sleds for White Sands was a very well thought out touch and saves you money having to rent sleds if you go! The sport court behind the house was great too, our kids both loved it and we went there each full day we stayed. The pool table and basketball game were awesome too. Overall, we liked the peaceful neighborhood and appreciated the newness of the home and the surroundings. It was a little bit out of town, probably 20 mins to any high quality restaurant or natural grocery store, but we didn’t mind that because the quiet, peaceful neighborhood was enjoyable whenever we were ready to retire from the days activities. Definitely recommend staying here!
