  • Modern comfort and city ease come together in Citrus, a spacious 3-bedroom apartment located in Artemis Court—right in the heart of Larnaca. Whether you’re here with family, friends, or on a longer stay, this bright and welcoming home sets you up for a laid-back and easygoing experience.

    Inside, the living space is calm and uncluttered. The open-plan layout makes it easy to settle in—whether you’re relaxing on the sofa with a movie, catching up over dinner, or stepping out to the balcony for some fresh air. The dining area comfortably seats your group, and the balcony offers a quiet spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

    The apartment includes three bedrooms: two with double beds, and one with two singles—ideal for kids or friends sharing. You’ll also have one full bathroom and a guest toilet, making the space comfortable and convenient for everyone.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need—from cooking basics to modern appliances—whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or making a full dinner.

    Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll create a group chat to connect you with our guest relations team. All your check-in details, location info, and any questions you may have will be handled there. You’ll receive the keys from a lockbox outside the apartment for a smooth and flexible arrival.

    While the apartment is yours entirely during your stay, we’re always here to assist—from airport transfers and car rentals to booking local experiences or simply sharing recommendations.

    Located in a lively and well-connected area, Citrus gives you easy access to everything Larnaca has to offer. You’re just minutes from cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, and a short drive from Finikoudes Beach, Saint Lazarus Church, the Medieval Castle, and Larnaca’s main promenade.

    There are several bus stops nearby, and the area is also bike-friendly if you feel like exploring on two wheels. If you’re renting a car, you’ll have access to free parking on-site.

    The cleaning fee covers your departure clean. If you’d like additional housekeeping during your stay, that can be arranged for an added charge. Our guest relations team is here from the moment you inquire until the moment you check out—just let us know what you need.

    * Studio: 150 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 6 KWH.
    * 1 Bedroom: 200 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 8 KWH.
    * 2 Bedrooms: 250 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 10 KWH.
    * 3 Bedrooms: 375 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 15 KWH.
    * Villa: 500 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 20 KWH.

Soulless noisy apartment on busy B4

Don’t believe the ridiculous description. New appliances, OK kitchen space, OK shower, reasonably comfortable couch are about it, the reality is: One set of keys attached by thick wire to a fob that works much of the electricity. Door unlock on the building intercom wasn’t working so you have to go down from the 4th floor to let someone in. Threats of extra charge if you separate fob from keys. Pillows thin & lumpy, beds hard & you feel the springs. Cheap linens & comforters, nothing extra. Doors don’t close without force. TV doesn’t connect to Apple & was made during Windows 8. Terrible sound quality. Router far away so there is buffering if you pair a device. Paper towel but no cleaning supplies except dish soap, no ice cube tray, no extra bags for any bins. Harsh naked LED bulbs in living area, bedrooms not much better. Terrible bedside lamps, only one per room. Only one extension bar, no sockets by beds, no multi-plug cubes for any sockets. You can’t have a conversation on the balcony over the noise of the B4, motorcycles like racing on it on weekend nights. You hear neighbours walking, talking, slamming doors. No guest information about anything. Zero real thought about guest comfort. It’s a recent & very cheaply/poorly done reno that seems unfinished. Not sure if this place is owned by a human or a corporation but there is nothing to suggest that anybody who cares about anything other than saving or making money had anything to do with setting it up.
