A hotel in need of some renovation

This hotel is in need of some room renovation, the bedrooms were very tired and dated and not in a good condition at all - the kitchen and bathroom was also in a bad state with dirty radiators, chipped tiles etc and considering this was not the cheapest hotel we could have booked in the area, it should have been. Needless to say we did not eat in the hotel or use the swimming pool. Fortunately we were only booked in for one night. On the up side the check out staff were lovely

I’ve been there for 4 nights, great location if you have a car, nice area for familes and it have public park there, supermarket. Clean appartment, large, and comfort. I will give it 10/10!

My girlfriend and I left the place and booked an hotel instead. The room was dark, there was no hot water and there was no water pressure, the AC didn't work propely, the internet service (wifi) kept disconnecting.

2 nights in late July

Front desk was very helpful. Easy to find, right by all of the nightlife in the area, but just far enough away from the noise that you can sleep. Be prepared to pay for air conditioning, though (6€ per night), otherwise they have fans which do the trick. Wasn't too hot, even without the A/C downstairs. Nice place :)

Agia Napa very nice

Appartamento pulito e arredato con gusto, confortevole, vicino al centro del paese e ai servizi. Siamo stati molto bene.

Great location and spacious apartment, especially for the price. Was kind of the staff to do our washing up during our stay too and towels were changed regularly. However the floor was incredibly dusty and unclean, the staff stole some of our cleaning supplies during our stay, and regularly walked in on us rather than knocking. When we first arrived they had no idea we were coming, and we’d had no real communication before our booking other than a confirmation at the very start. It was also incredibly loud the entire stay - nearby tourists were noisey but also loud street cleaners several times very early in the morning. WiFi was included but the connection was so poor we were forced not to use it and air conditioning is charged at €6 per day which is a rip off. Overall enjoyable stay and good location but noise, air con and poor WiFi definite negatives.

Nette kleine Anlage in günstiger Lage

Die Anlage liegt in Nähe der Lokale, den Lärm hört man aber nur gedämpft. In der Anlage sellbst ist es ruhig und der Pool ist sauber. Die Apartments sind geräumig, der Zimmerservice ist halbwegs ok. Es gibt keine Kaffemaschine. Für dortige Steckdosen ist ein Adapter notwendig. Anfang April sind noch viele Lokale und Restaurants in der Nähe geschlossen, ab Mitte April sind die meisten offen, ebenso die Supermärkte. Zu den schönen Sandstränden muss man 1/2 Stunde gehen.

Not impressed.

The property itself is not bad, but the location is far away from Nissi Beach, 40 minutes walking distance and not 20 minutes as advertised. Nissi Beach is the prettiest beach in the area. The beach near the harbour, which is 30 minutes walking distance is just an ordinary beach (not worth to fly to Cyprus to go there). And teh same for sandy beach, cute beach but nothing special. On my arrival at the property I was allocated a studio room on the ground floor. The windows facing the front road have gates but the balcony of the bedroom on the back side of the building have a just a small fence who anyone can jump in. With more than 30 degrees you have to sleep with the balcony opened and that was not safe at all. Having complained at the receptionist that I did not feel safe, they moved me the following day to an apartment on the last floor, where WIFI was not working due to a missing internet extension. Having complained since day 1, but the internet technician only turned up the last night (my stay was overall 6 nights). Staff at reception is nice and friendly but overall lack of professional customer service. For instance if something is missing from a room, it should be checked upon checkout of a guest and not when the next guest arrivs and complain. I personally was not impressed and would not come back or recommend to a friend. For the same money I am sure you can find a better place and location.

Good hotel in a good location

Location was perfect, nice big parking outside, the room was spacious and they cleaned the room every day. Wi-Fi was terrible though. A.C. was not included as they said in the confirmation but it was absolutely necessary (6 euros per night though).

Das hotel liegt nahe den clubs und die angestellten sind immer sehr freundlich gewesen. Klimaanlage ist nicht sehr effektiv und kostet 6€ die Nacht.
