MUY RUIDOSO!!
No nos avisaron que estaban en remodelación, así que desde las 8:00am están haciendo MUCHO ruido y veníamos a descansar!!! ... nos contestaron que nos debimos haber enterado porque hay letreros!! ... al hacer el check in no nos dijeron nada y sabían que acabábamos de cancelar en otro hotel porque estaba en remodelación

Hard to find good hotels in this area. Old, uncomfortable and nothing going on around the area. The gas station across the street was sketchy as well.

The room was very clean and the staff was nice. The hotel is in a great location. There was a Farmer’s Market in the shopping center which is a short walk from the hotel. The shopping center has nice shops, unique restaurants and eateries. You can walk to catch the ferry to SF. Great stay!

This comfortable Courtyard is a short walking distance to upscale shopping area, family friendly. Excellent restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, Shake Shack. Hotel bistro convenient but has limited options. Staff friendly and helpful.

Good place to stay in Marin County. Lots of eating options within the walking distance. I have stayed at this hotel numerously, and it keeps getting better both in condition, and the staff.

Great Stay, friendly staff and atmosphere. Dog friendly is a plus. Loved our stay, from check in to check out. Stayed here before sonce 2018 amd still coming back when im in the area.

Maria at the hotel has problems with disabled people, the staff is not ADA compliant and the hotel is not ADA compliant. I could not stay at this hotel after Maria accused me of asking for the whole hotels AC to be shut off more than 10 times. I never said anything like this, and would strongly warn anyone disabled about this hotel and the treatment of disabled people by Maria in particular. This was a very scary experience just on the phone. I would never stay at a hotel with someone like Maria working there. People like that ruin disabled people's lives with intentionally going out of their way to not accommodate. I asked for a room with a window that opened and for a fragrance free room with HVAC I could ensure was not on. Maria kept screaming "WHAT? WHAT?" and I had to yell "H. V. A. C. Heating and cooling air conditioner" in order to get her to stop loudly screaming "WHAT?" in a very annoyed tone. Then moving on to fragrance free. "WHO TOLD YOU THAT???" about being able to get a fragrance free room on the same day. If you suffer from these disabilities then you know how bad things would get from here if you chose to stay here. Everything with this person was a fight. It was so disturbing and unsettling. She "doesn't know and has to ask manager" about refunding me for a hotel room I never went to, because she kept accusing me of asking them to shut off their entire hotel's AC. Then she emailed me days later (today) to say it again, after I explicitly told her to stop

Had to pay $10 for parking after paying $350 a night at the hotel. That is ridiculous. The parking lot was empty with a lot of spaces.

Great location close to restaurants and bakeries. Our room had soap and shampoo but was missing lotion. The elevator was too slow. The parking is not free but it's just $10. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. We couldn't sleep well because of the too soft pillows but most hotels have such pillows anyway.

Comfortable with good access
Convenient to restaurants, shopping and the freeway. Short drive to San Francisco. Quiet, safe in a suburban setting. Well maintained. Would stay here again.
