The Space:

This large house is spread over two floors and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests. The layout provides both shared living areas and private sleeping spaces, making it well suited for group stays.



On the first floor, you’ll find a welcoming hallway, a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances, a living room with seating for relaxing and socializing, a large bathroom, a laundry room, and one double bedroom.



The second floor features two additional double bedrooms, a hallway with extra sleeping space, and a small toilet. The house offers a practical and comfortable layout, ideal for longer stays as well as shorter visits.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire house during their stay. The house is exclusively yours, with no shared spaces.

The house is located in Húsavík, a quiet and scenic village known for its dramatic landscapes, open coastline, and peaceful atmosphere. The nearby Tumbakka area and beach are only a 3-minute walk away, offering beautiful views, fresh sea air, and excellent walking opportunities.



Húsavík is perfect for guests who want to experience the Faroe Islands away from crowds, while still having good access to the rest of the islands thanks to improved infrastructure.



Getting Around:

The house is well located for exploring the Faroe Islands. A car is highly recommended for getting the most out of your stay.



Tórshavn: approx. 1 hour by car

Thanks to the new Sandoy Tunnel (Sandoyartunnilin), travel to Tórshavn is now faster and easier than before, with a direct road connection to the capital area.



Vágar Airport: approx. 1 hour 15 minutes by car



Sandoy: approx. 10 minutes by car

The island of Sandoy is easily accessible via the tunnel, making day trips very convenient.



Beach & Tumbakka area: 3 minutes on foot



Nearby villages and scenic routes: easily reachable by car, with several beautiful coastal and mountain drives in the area.



The improved infrastructure makes this location a great base for exploring both southern and central parts of the Faroe Islands, while still enjoying a quiet and scenic seaside setting.



Parking is available near the house.

Faroese weather changes quickly — bring warm layers and good footwear for hiking.



Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Please respect the house rules and take out trash before departure.

It is also possible to order a baby cot and a high chair for an additional fee.
