"This was a lovely little room to stay in. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. The rules were clear and easy to follow. It was very clean and tidy. I was a bit thrown by the size. When they say one bedroom they mean a one bed room. Walking path only. Smaller than a very small hotel room. Also there is no dryer, only a washer. The hallway from the street to the stairs is quite rustic but once you get to the top floor flat, the property is beautifully furnished, clean and very comfortable.The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances were clean and modern. "Initially, the property felt a little bit out of the way, but using the nearby underground station helped with that. We struggled a bit to find somewhere to eat, so we were tickled pink to discover the nearby Foody at the Woody at the Woodside Inn. When we arrived, the TV wasn't working; it took a fair bit of perseverance, but with the help of the host, we got it working. I would recommend including bedding for the couch as a standard item, in case someone wants to sleep on it. I would also...

"This was a well located and appointed flat. We didn’t realize the intersection was so busy. But happy to report like others have, we had silence each night, just in time for for sleeping at night. :) the beds are comfy. Be prepared to busy some of your own spices if you plan to cook.We had really timely response and support from Fraser and Ben and their team! "This property is very neat and clean. It is right next door to a grocery and across the street is a bakery, pizza place, and a coffee shop. The bus and train stations are walkable in 20 minutes or less. The host is easy to contact and very responsive. Definitely a great place for 2 or 3 people to stay comfortably. Maybe 4 people. "
