"Prefect for a weekend away! The shack had everything we needed. The loft bedroom was a hit for our 7 year old. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of blankets. We were able to walk into town and also explored the old rail lines. West side deli was prefect to sit outside and eat lunch. Quick drive to Loyalsock for hiking. Make sure you pack warm, it gets chilly! Deck was great for a cup of coffee in the morning. Really a cool little spot especially if anyone in your family loves trains. "

"We took my father-in-law here for a weekend as my wife and sister-in-law grew up having a cabin in Hillsgrove. We hit some "old spots" that they grew up with and heard many old stories. The campground is awesome and in a beautiful setting, however the best part is Russ, the Manager. He is courteous, personable and an asset to anybody visiting the facility. Being dog friendly was definitely a plus in our book!! We will be back to visit your beautiful campground and we are planning on...

"Great location, close to World's End and Rickett's Glenn state parks and Loyal Sock state forest. Dutchman Falls is 5mins away. The hosts communicated well and provided a guidebook (was also printed off in a binder). Good wifi. Thank you for allowing dogs. I was comfortable leaving mine off-leash to use the bathroom outside. Quiet roads. There was an inflatable hot tub, but we did not end up using it. Cookware could use a replacement. The mattress was a little uncomfortable. "

"The layout of the house is a little funky. You get to the downstairs and two of the bedrooms by going through the garage but wow…the downstairs is special! We had as many as nine people, including three children and there was ample space for everyone. We could really spread out. We were there for a month and it was a wonderful stay."

"We love Russ! He was very accommodating and available during our stay. We spent some time in the community game area getting to know each other. The camp site is clean and very relaxing. Our cabin was well stocked and clean. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a quite getaway. I told my wife about my trip and hope to book again during the summer when the pool is open.
