Clean efficiency apartment with view of lovely lake. We were able to have a campfire overlooking the lake. Restaurants & shopping nearby.

A hide away appt

The property has easy access to the expressway but is nicely hidden on a small lake. It's well-maintained and nicely decorated for a quiet stay, away from the world. We enjoyed our time.

The place was just perfect. Everything was clean and spotless. Everything you need is right there. The lake is beautiful. Our two dogs loved it and so did we. It was convenient to everything in town and couldn’t be a more perfect location for us. The host is a great person, very “hands off” but always there when you need her! 10/10 will definitely stay again when the opportunity arises !

Comfortable, roomy, and met our needs.

Attending a local festival made this a perfect location. Had a few things come up but nothing we couldn't deal with; wasn't worth mentioning to hostess.

Awesome stay in Lapeer Michigan.

This was my first experience with using VRBO, and it was absolutely great! The room was just as the pictures showed. It was clean and comfortable. Lisa the property manager was attentive and responded to messages almost immediately! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay. If I’m back in this area I will definitely stay here again. Absolutely awesome!

Perfect stay

The property looked just like the pictures and was clean, quiet and well stocked with everything I needed for the long weekend. It is beautiful looking out on the lake and there was a full moon at night. The host greeted me when I arrived. I loved that everything was labeled for easy access. Thank you so much.

Best Michigan vacation ever

I had the great Fortune to be able to book grateful sweet for 2 months July and August I travel from Palm springs California to Davison Michigan every summer to escape the heat and connect with my family. This has been the most relaxing summer I have had in years I walked this quiet community every morning and met some very nice people Lisa your host is outstanding very helpful when you need anything and leaves you to your privacy when you don't the suite is well equipped and super clean I never tired of the amazing views and beautiful sunsets if you need a place to unwind I highly recommend this studio

Just a little piece of heaven.

We booked our stay because of some work we were having done on our house. The fumes made it necessary for us to stay away from home while the varnish smell dissipated. This was a great find! Quiet, cozy, well equipped, clean, check in was a breeze as was checkout. You look out the Windows of the unit to the lake, wildlife and beautiful sunsets. I would recommend a visit here to just relax and get away from your everyday stress. (Many restaurants nearby). Kayaks available to rent with a easy in and out kayak launch for a nice tour around the lake. Fire pit and wood available for you to enjoy! Thank you Lisa for your hospitality!

Perfect experience in Davison!

We were in the Flint area for a Geocaching Event. We have stayed in VRBO properties before and have been pleased. This stay was more wonderful than we could ever imagined. The space was so nice, well-maintained, clean, and easily accessible. The host was friendly, gracious, and so eager to give the best recommendations for where to get things and whete to find the best eateries. AND, THE VIEW! If you are ever in in the Flint area and need of a small space, perfect for two. THIS IS YOUR BEST CHIICE.

Grateful Suite Lake Front Retreat at Potter Lake in Davison, MI was a perfect choice for our stay to get far away from the torrid, miserable heat in Florida. The peaceful surroundings with the lake front just steps away makes this location calm and restful. The Grateful Suite was comfortable and decorated with taste. All necessary items to locate were already identified by (leaf) notes for our convenience. We were there for 26 evenings and totally satisfied with our unit. Three windows opens up the view of the lake and outstanding sunsets. What a BONUS! Our host, Lisa, is remarkable. She was there to greet us at our arrival and just before we left her hospitable nature just shined. We definitely will be checking into this retreat site for our next visit to MI. The Atwells

Lisa the host was very welcoming. She met us upon our arrival and made it an enjoyable experience. The accommodations were awesome! This was my second time at the Grateful Suite. It was as good if not better than the first time. When I need a great place to stay in this area, this will be my first choice.
