"Apt is owned by the family who lives upstairs, of whom are all very pleasant. This apt included a kitchenette, full bathroom, and living space setup in a studio style. "As the listing says, this is a luxury apartment on the waterfront. The location is superb and the view from the balcony onto the bay is simply breathtaking.
