The staff was very helpful and informed and apologized us about the possible noise from a new years (tet) party that was happening at the hotel, which was nice. Great place to stay and central in Sa Dec. Very clean rooms and AC was a godsend in the humidity. Be aware there are two trays of drinks/snacks, one is paid and the other is free, only the free items have a sign. The paid items are inexpensive. Laundry services was great, and paid by the item.
